There is no judgement here, I’ve been there too, over and over. I want to help you find inspiration, freedom, spaciousness, joy and fulfillment again. I’ve been where you are. I spent 15 years working in senior leadership and management roles. That might sound super glamourous, but it was anything but. I worked in a toxic environment which operated on a culture of kill or be killed. I know what it’s like to work crazy hours, under intense pressure and have every aspect of my life neurotically planned out. I know how it feels to convince myself that the constant grinding, stress and insomnia is normal and what life is supposed to look and feel like.

I know you could be thinking you’re doing fine. That you’re doing all the things you’re meant to be doing. Or you could be really struggling, numbing out every night and drowning yourself in coffee every morning to wake up. I remember thinking I was making it all work. Until my wheels fell off… My goal is to help you before life gives you a major wake up call, like it did to me! You can read more about my story here.

Here’s how I’m different

I’ll be your honest guide

I won’t be only telling you what you want to hear. I’ll tell you what you need to hear, to see results in your life. I lead with kindness, so you won’t be shamed or bullied by me. We’ll work together to get you back on track. My approach is to take the time to get to know you as an individual. I take the time to hear your story so that we can have mutual empathy and respect. Building trust is an important part of this process.

Develop boundaries and confidence

Being a woman in a corporate environment (or in your home life), it can be hard to maintain your boundaries. Slowly but surely, they erode and before we know it, we’re snowed under with work, mental loads, and obligations we don’t want. I’ll help you take back control of your boundaries at work (with techniques that can be used in your personal life too) and give you the confidence to stand your ground, so your energy, time, and expertise can start to be respected.

Heal your relationship with food and your body

Many of us are conditioned to have guilt around food from a young age. We are taught language that supports this: “cheat day”, “bad food”, “junk food”, “naughty treat”. Food is simply food. It is neither inherently good or evil. I’ll help you identify what relationships you have with food and how you see yourself and then we’ll work on a healthier perspective that will make you feel good in your skin.

Work-life-balance

I know it seems elusive, but it is possible. We’ll look at ways we can carve out time in your schedule for you, without sacrificing your career. Because you’ll find you’re actually a much better employee, partner, parent or friend when you’re recharged and excited about life. I’ll give you my insight from my own personal journey with this to help you stop wearing your busyness like a badge of honor and start creating space for the real you to emerge.

1:1 Coaching is best for business owners that have limited time and want the fast-track to their goals. It’s for you if you want in-depth personal advice and know you’ll need the accountability of someone checking in with you regularly. It’s for you if you’ve been feeling isolated and need someone to talk to confidentially and compassionately about all the joys and frustrations of life.

Group Coaching Programs

A group program can be great if you are self-motivated and ready to make things happen! A group setting can provide a great source of camaraderie, a feeling that you aren’t alone in your struggles. In this group program, we will work week by week to meet small goals that will build your confidence. You will gain valuable insight from your fellow group members and I will be on hand to answer any questions you might have.
